1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the analytical platforms, proprietary modeling tools, and business intelligence reports provided by ProQual Analytics, you enter into a legally binding agreement. Your use of the website at proqual.pro signifies complete adherence to these terms and the policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you are acting on behalf of a Canadian enterprise, you represent that you possess the explicit legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions. Access is strictly limited to authorized professional users for legitimate business planning purposes.
2. Provision of Analytics Services
ProQual Analytics provides predictive modeling and data interpretation services. While our internal validation standards target statistically significant relevance (P < 0.05), you acknowledge that predictive analytics are based on historical datasets and probabilistic outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
The visual design, proprietary algorithms, predictive modeling logic, and statistical frameworks found on proqual.pro are the exclusive property of ProQual Analytics. This includes but is not limited to the "ProQual Protocol" and specific custom-engineered analytical methodologies.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and utilize reporting outputs for their internal business optimization. Reproduction, reverse engineering of modeling logic, or redistribution of proprietary analytics to third parties is strictly prohibited without written authorization from our Calgary office.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of ProQual Analytics platforms shall be resolved within the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
ProQual Analytics disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our predictive insights is strictly limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service engagement in question.
